Thank you so much for supporting Sara's Crochets! Every little friend is crocheted by hand with love and care, making each one truly one of a kind.

Because of the handmade nature of my creations, please read the following policy before placing your order.

 

 

♡ Returns & Refunds

As each plushie is handmade to be unique, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Please make sure you've read the product description and viewed all photos carefully before purchasing.

♡ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

I carefully inspect every order before it's packaged and sent to its new home.

If your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

I'll always do my best to make things right.

♡ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

♡ Handmade Items

Each little friend is crocheted entirely by hand, meaning slight variations in shape, size, or stitching are completely normal and part of what makes every plushie unique.

♡ Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel experiences any issues, I'll happily help you lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider where possible.
